            BBB unable to locate business
            I purchased a Chevy Spark from Muzi in 2019 (and am still under warranty). I have gone twice to have an issue with Apple Car play resolved. The first time they told me it was the cord, phone, and software, all of which I changed and the problem still was not resolved. I went back again in September to have it looked at and was told by the lead technician that this is an issue with many Chevys and he reported there was nothing he could do to fix it. Upon further research, I cannot find any data indicating that the scratchy, out-of-service noise my car is making is being experienced by any other Chevy owner. Thus issue has been going on since I purchased the car and I would like it fixed before the warranty is up but no one will take me seriously there.
