      This dealership had a car for sale for $21K, when I got there the salesman told me the car was on a lift and a 173 point inspection was being done and I that it would be available the next day. I went back the next day and purchased the car, needed 4 new tires so I had to wait for the replacements, these people had the car for 6 days awaiting for tires and to do a inspection sticker, when I went to get it there was no inspection sticker, the salesman told me that the car needed to be driven 100 miles for the computer to reset. After driving 100 miles I had an inspection done locally, which FAILED, I called the dealership and told them what was happening, the very next day a CEL comes on the code was ( P0523 pressure oil switch), called them again and I scheduled a visit for them to fix it, but I wanted to know what else was wrong with the vehicle so I made an appointment with a certified Jeep dealer near my house. This people say that they perform a 173 point inspection and my vehicle was advertised as" Gold Check Certification" and yet they sold me a vehicle that was not safe to drive, the Jeep dealership found 2 other problems with the vehicle, 1) ******* pressure switch adapter had an oil leak and the whole bottom of the engine was splashed with oil. 2) The left rear end link was BENT in HALF making it unsafe to drive, I decided not to take the car back to these hackers because they were going to band aid this problems till the 30 days had passed, instead I had professionals fix the issues and I paid $903.00 out of my pocket which they refused to reimburse me, this car was on a lift twice, once the fist time I was there and the time with no tires, and they didn't care to fix it. Buyers be AWARE there's no 173 point inspection and that gold c*** sticker certified means NOTHING, disrespectful sales people and managers, they will take your hard earned money and sell you a lemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had an appointment for my car because the check engine light was on. They told me when I dropped it off that it would be ready by the end of the day. When I called that afternoon I was told they were short staffed and no one looked at it yet. My car sat there for five days until I picked it up. They never looked at it. They said they would call me when they could look at it. They never got back to me. Also in the past was a hassle even for an oil change. They would want to keep the car for the entire day. Ive had nothing but trouble with their maintenance department for a car that I bought from them. I do not recommend this business.

      The worst experience!! I would rate this company a -5 stars if I could! I'm not one to complain like this online but I have to! I can't explain the horrible experience I had with purchasing a car from this company!! For the 2nd time! Dishonest, lying, vindictive management (****) and sales person (*****)!! Very long and horrible story short, they sold me a lemon and were so heartless about getting me my money back or working out a better deal with me. They left me without a car for 3 months, while giving me the worst run around experience, displaying false emotions about my distress, and telling me bogus lies, until thet finally gave my downpayment back. First Hyundai. God sees the injustice and how you treated me and my family. He will repay it back 10 fold!!

      To whom it may concern, Ms. *** bought a vehicle that later on had a recall. Due to unforeseen circumstances with shipment issues and delays with the current backlog that most of the world is experiencing, her issue was and is covered under warranty but parts on are back order. Ms. *** bought a vehicle that was of high mileage and only carried its lawful 30 to 90 day warranty depending on mileage. Ms. *** came into our dealership with her concern, and even though her concern could not be duplicated by a technician, out of good faith we decided to unwind the deal and restore Ms. *** In whole and buy the car back willingly even though she was past her grace ******* Both parties, First Hyundai and Ms. *** have signed documentation of ** making her whole with a full refund of down payment and full payoff amount documented, In good faith in making her whole. Please be advised that parts were on order the whole time before we decided to buy back vehicle and before we met Ms. **** Thank you for your time and good evening.*******************

      I think they are underhanded i bought a car in 2016. I took out a gap insurance policy four years later i still owed on the car but it got totaled my insurance company took care of most of it so i call the insurance company to start a claim only to be told that there is no addendum number that comes back to that call the dealership which i did i emailed only to be ignored ive yet to hear from them. The insurance company claims they canceled the insurance policy soon after i bought the car. The dealership told the attorney generals office that the insurance company canceled it when they found out about it being totaled. Well i want to know how that was when i wasnt even allowed to put in a claim because of the canceled policy. Someone is lying they wrote in the amount of that policy into my loan which i was paying on. Now i have the bank chasing me around for the money I am not going to be on the hook for people obtaining funds illegally. I have had to hire an attorney which really isnt much better its going nowhere I want my money back for the policy and someone needs to pay off the rest that i got a policy for to avoid this BS yet I'm getting ****. you get no stars you fail miserably. If i pay out of my own pocket i'm suing you and the insurance company youve wrecked my credit "

      DO *** BUY A HYUNDAI OR BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE. Absolutely ******** service. Firstly, **** ******** is nice and does try to help you. (She's one of their reps).There's a insane receptionist that sits directly in front of where the service reps sit, she can see that ** one is sitting at their desks and still transfers you over and over and over again. She wears like 3 headbands at the same time. Apparently she does not understand how post it notes work. May 4, I ask for my car's oil to be changed and to check a few things, general point inspections brakes etc. etc. I ask them to check the heating element in the seat. I also ask them about the buttons on the steering wheel not working and that my ** has stopped blowing cold air.Drop my car off, someone drives me home. So basically without my car from 8:30 to 2:30. **** calls and says, car's ready but we couldn't fix the rest of it because the mechanic left. She said there's a serious groove in your roter please come back. So I schedule for one week from that date. (Friday)Tuesday I am driving to work and my car is making **** loud grinding noises, people are looking at me, I have to pull over to look at it to make sure nothing is falling off. I call and say the car feels unsafe, can you have someone look at it sooner. She says yes, not today obviously, but tomorrow yes. I have to rent a car. They do not have loaners.Wednesday, nothing, I call 3pm and on, no answer, the receptionist just "left" according to the workers there who clearly do not think highly of the receptionist. The manager quits during all of this. I can not get anyone on the phone. **** calls on Thursday and says I promise I have someone working on it, I am leaving at 1, but one of my coworkers knows your issue and will call you when its done and it'll be all set. No one calls. I am again, calling and calling and calling, ** answer.I even call the regular sales dept. and speak to "***" like four times. She's flabbergasted that no one is answering the phones in service either.Friday, I go by and pick up my car. The ** was supposed to be fixed and the heating element in the front two seats were supposed to be fixed. They were not. A employee comes out and says oh yeah, we put dye in it to see where the leak is and tries to show me how it all works. I don't at this point want a lesson in mechanics. I have spent 1692.00 on my car and the two main things I needed fixed (in 90+ degree weather) not fixed. I wear suits to work and I was showing up drenched, so I had to start wearing t shirts and shorts and then changing at work when I got there.Oh and they broke the button that tells you your gas mileage. Bring my car back AGAIN over a week later. **** calls at 4pm to tell me nothing was done on the car.I call to speak to the manager, they don't have one. Then I get stuck talking to another representative who laughs at me on the phone because I said I don't want to learn about why or how the car needs to be fixed, I want it to be fixed.I drive down there to speak to the owner, they refuse to get me the owner. Fine. Same guy who laughs at me on the phone takes my order and says "I'll hang it right here so I can keep an eye on it and get your situation and I'll call you" and gives me his card. Never calls.Been going back and forth, called corporate, started to get somewhere with them and then got assigned a cust. rep that "didn't know my situation" when she called me, so I told her maybe go look at the file then call your customers? I've worked in customer service for eons, I'd never. ever. ever. conduct myself this way.Worst part for them is I was a loyal Hyundai owner, I was going to purchase the palisade this Fall. Never. ever. ever. getting a Hyundai ever again.Oh, and when you call their main line, even today (July 8, 2021 ) it says they are closed because of covid. Come on.
