The Consumer Affairs Foundation is a non-profit charitable and educational foundation founded in 1976. It is a public charity and all donations have been ruled tax deductible by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the Mass. Div. of Corporations and Taxation. The CAF is a Massachusetts non-profit corporation. It publishes and distributes consumer education materials in cooperation with the Better Business Bureau system and with Boston University.
