I have been with Carjon for many years and would never go to another company. They were always there for me especially when my old A/C unit was failing after well over 10 yrs. My old system decided to fail during days of 90 degree temps in 2020. The **************** in the office were understanding and went ************** to help and sent the technicians over to keep it going until a new unit could be put in. The company hires he best technicians and they will answer any questions I may have while they are here. They are prompt, efficient and pay attention to detail and always clean up when they are finished. I highly recommend Carjon!**********Review from Marianne B

Excellent service by *****! I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by the Carjon service team. ***** is one of the best HVAC technicians I've ever dealt with - his thoroughness and attention to details in troubleshooting the issues with my AC system are what set him apart from others. ***** also explained the problem to me in a way that I was able to understand despite the complexities. The fact that I can trust ***** and the Carjon team is why I am also choosing Carjon to install my new gas boiler - I am confident that Carjon is the right choice!Review from Stephen M

This company was referred to me by a coworker at National Grid who had a broad overview of the **** contractors in our state. He mentioned that their pricing was on the higher end of the spectrum, but that the quality of their work was far superior to the competition.We hired them to replace our central air-conditioning unit in our previous home. Seven guys showed up and they had our old system out and new system installed in one day.When we moved to our condo four years ago we had Carjon do the inspection on our system and signed a maintenance contract. Last year in the middle of a heat wave a relay failed and shut down the system. They were able to get ****, their service tech to squeeze us in that afternoon.He had the system up and running in two hours.This same Service Tech did our yearly inspection last week and found a failing inducer in our heating element, which we are replacing during the summer months.Carjon is very professional and pro-active. If you're shopping for a full service contractor, they are the fully *****.Review from Bob D

There is a reason Carjon has a five star rating there that good!We have been customers for several years. Two years ago during our furnace inspection, out technician found issues with our 26 year old furnace. I obtained three quotes and Carjon was the better choice by far. They did come straight out to look at the heating unit that they installed three years ago very disappointing after three years it was already leaking *********** tech never called me to tell me what was wrong I had to call the office for the tech said it needed an expansion tank and two valves parts were under $200 I looked them up and the quote was $1600 I had a licensed plumber come for a second opinion and he only changed out the expansion tank The license plumber said the other valves were fine and it cost me under 200
