            Morris Heating installed 2 ********** units in our second floor for heat and ac. Company serviced units Jan. 2022 (first time due to covid). In June of this year, we noticed leaking of outside ducting near window of second floor. Called company, a technician came and we were told, the ducting has to be angled away from the house. Waited a few weeks then emailed manager ***********************, ccd owner *****************************. Did not get a response so resent email. Manager emailed to say the owner is trying to get crew together and will call me. On August 21, still have not received a phone call so emailed manager again. Its Aug. 28 today and we are worried that the leaking is causing damage. We are very disappointed in the lack of response from this company.

            Couldn't ask for a better job. From the salesman to the install 100% satisfaction.Morris also took care of my Mass. rebate program. All I had to do was wait for the check to come in the mail. You won't be dissapointed.
