1/27/2014 I was disappointed to say the least that I had an issue with a pair of their ******** weight training shoes. The quality of the product was not what I expected. When Risto Sports was contacted, they initially ignored my correspondence. After a telephone message was left on their voice message system someone did respond via email stating they only warranty their product for two weeks after purchase. One of my shoes is falling apart after only a very short period of time. I have taken exceptional care of them and was simply asking Risto to fix the shoe that was falling apart. They refused. Very disappointed with their product and even more disappointed with the lack of concern for problems with their product.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Comment from the Business The customer's shoes were over 3 months old. We have no record or evidence as to the actual condition of the shoes the customer is alleging. Our return policies are consistent with our industry. Per our website, we ask items are returned or exchanged with in 2 weeks of purchase. Many of our peer's - such as ****************, *************, -- state only new, unused items to be returned with in 30days. Even manufacturer's such as ********** only state a 30 day return period on their website. Further, many fine shoe manufacturer's, such as **** ****, have no warranty period. The return policies that we benchmarked and describe above was completed 1/30/2014 per their websites. by on 1/30/2014

Report Abuse I have purchased many high-end casual and athletic shoes over the years from the manufacturers that Risto Sports is comparing their product to. NEVER have I had the sole begin to pull apart from any shoe I have purchased, high-end or otherwise. If Risto Sports is selling a comparable product to other name brand businesses then their product should hold up better than it did. Additionally, I was never asked by Risto Sports to provide evidence of the shoe imperfection that I have claimed. At their request, I would willingly send photographs of the shoes in question. I am very disappointed that these shoes are falling apart. However, I am more disappointed that Risto Sports has had no interest in offering to repair these shoes. I would like other potential buyers to be aware of the lack of concern that Risto Sports has for a shoe that cost approximately $140.00. by Kristen M. on 2/3/2014
