The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

Upon purchasing a dress from this boutique I met with a seamstress who had promised that specific alterations could be done to the dress. Photos were taken of the changes that I was told could be made as well as having it in a written contract. Upon taking the dress to get altered, I was then told that these alterations were not possible to do. I paid $3,500 for a dress that can now not be worn as it can not be altered the way that I was told that I would be. I am requesting at least have of a refund or return of the dress for a full refund as the contract and expeditions were not held on the companys end.

Make very sure you want the dress you purchase as you will never see any refund or exchange for any reason given. I bought a dress for Mother of the Bride and the skirt attached was pulled high to my rib cage in order for it to fit and therefore they insisted on making adjustments to the top. It was too small for me but they wanted to get rid of this off the rack item and pressured me with "oh, I love this dress, It's my favorite." "You look beautiful." "Doesn't she look lovely in this?" as other sales reps were called in. It made it difficult to hear my own hesitations as it was fast and furious and I lacked confidence in raising my voice and concerns. I so regret going to this store. They are NOT consumer friendly at all. They only care about getting their money and not hearing from you again.
