A professional space for your next meeting
The BBB Community Center offers a professional, well-equipped setting for client meetings, staff and board meetings, strategic planning sessions, leadership retreats, training and other business gatherings.
Conveniently located near I-25 between Loveland and Fort Collins, the Community Center includes two larger meeting rooms, smaller client meeting rooms and private offices. Available spaces can accommodate individuals and groups of up to 30 people.

Spark Room
The Spark Room provides a comfortable space for smaller meetings, workshops and focus groups. Capacity: Up to 12 people in boardroom or classroom seating Up to eight people in focus-group seating
Catalyst room
The Catalyst room provides up to 6 people meeting room in a smaller setting.
Client meeting rooms and private offices
Smaller meeting rooms are available for groups of up to three people. Private offices are also available for individuals who need a quiet, professional place to work.

Hours and availability
The BBB Community Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Early-morning and evening reservations may be available upon request. Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance.
Community Center policies
Parties reserving space at the BBB Community Center must provide a copy of their general liability insurance policy before using the facility.
The policy must list Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming as an additional insured.
You may select any caterer for your meeting or event. Once a caterer has been selected, provide BBB with the caterer’s name and contact information.
The person reserving the room must be on-site to accept catering deliveries. Caterers should also make arrangements to collect equipment and remaining food after the event.
Reserve enough time before and after your meeting for delivery, setup and cleanup.
Any catering services beyond standard delivery and pickup must be coordinated with BBB at least two weeks before the event. This includes on-site setup and parking for catering vehicles.
Alcohol is not permitted in the BBB Community Center.

Use of areas outside the reserved conference room—including lobbies and hallways for registration, signage or catering—must be approved in advance.
Signs may only be placed in locations approved by BBB. All decorations are subject to approval.
The event organizer is responsible for monitoring the meeting time and ensuring the event concludes as scheduled.
Guests should be considerate of other meetings when using mobile phones inside the building.
Glitter, confetti, lit candles and incense are not permitted. Items may not be taped or otherwise attached to walls.
The room must be left in the same condition in which it was received. The responsible organization may be charged for excessive cleaning, damage or missing equipment.
