I would not even give this supposed towing company one star. I have never been spoke to before by a company the way the lady that works the desk spoke and handled my call. This lady was the most unprofessional person I have come across. Correct me of im wrong but a conversation is when 2 people talk? Right? Not this lady, she said i was at her mercy and that if she gets around to doing her job i would be able to settle this situation and be done since i live almost 50 miles from their business. They want me to sign over my title to them but wont go look in my truck to see if my title is in the glove compartment before i get a 50 mile uber ride. The reason is the longer they ignore me the more money they make a day. They have my wallet with my social security card, my insurance card my license and cash that they will not set up a time for me to go and get my personal belongings. This is a very shady towing company. If you happen to need a tow in ponchatula dont call bennetts towing. Call someone else because they just want to keep your stuff so if they never return your call dont be surprised. Also the lady at the front desk knows nothing cant do anything and loves to hang up on you when she is not in control of the conversation. This is the worst experience with a business ever.

I am more than please to send a rebuttal regarding this unhappy caller. We DO NOT make it a practice to go into vehicles to look for personal items (please know this was a policy before COVID). i tried numerous times to explain this to the caller who then became irate because she seemed to not understand our policy. She continued to call several times using bad language and loud screaming blaming me for not helping her. I had to hang up to answer other callers that was calling for needed services. I could have called the sheriff's office to report harassing phone calls but decided against that since I figured she was just having a bad day. It is however our practice to not subject our selves to irate and threatening phone calls to keep from an exoculating situation. I'm sorry we were unable to satisfy this lady although we tried to the best of our ability.
