              I visited this business to view an RV. I expressed interest and planned to return with my wife. The salesmen offered to hold the vehicle over the weekend if I paid a $900 deposit that was "absolutely refundable". I called the following week to say that we had decided against purchasing at this time and was told by salesman Dan that I needed to speak with manager Tony. I have called repeatedly, left messsges that have gone unanswered, and been denied any assistance as they avoid issuing the credit on my Visa card. There are no supporting documents as I did not sign any paperwork/contract. The transaction was conducted over the phone.

              we purchased an RV just a little over a year ago and the service department fixed our issues but every time we picked up the rv there was something else wrong that needed to be addressed. the last time we brought the rv back the service person said the claim was still open but when we picked up the rv we were charged an additional fee. We will be taking our warranty services elsewhere from now on.
