            Booked a hotel room the night of April 30th, 2022. When we arrived into the room, the sheets had cigarette burns in it, there were blood stains on the walls, pubic hair on the walls, used needles and needle caps laying on the floor, blood on the bed sheets, room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Nobody available that spoke English to speak with at property. I paid $171 for the night there and we were unable to even stay due to how disgusting and inhabitable it was.

            June 12 i booked a room at OYO through hotels.com for work in the area. I arrived at the location and was very poorly greeted by the front end staff (Who seems to live in the front lobby) the smell coming from the lobby smelled like someone hadn't showered in weeks. I was given a room nothing like what i ordered which is ok i just needed a place to stay. The room was uncleaned and unsanitary wires hanging from the ceiling no fridge iron or board. I entered the bathroom area of the room to find what looks just like blood splatter on the walls as well as what smelled like and looked like human feces in the bathroom wall and shower curtain the light did not work and i did not want to investigate any farther. On my way to the office to see about help i had a gun pointed at me from another tenet that was singing in his doorway. I left the property and began calling OYO and Hotels.com about relocation. I was not helped and had to barrow money for a new hotel. Neither business has tried help
