            I stayed there January 20-22. On the 21st i got ready for the day and I had my suitcase opened on top of the bed and the last thing I did when I left was spray my perfume and left my perfume on the bed next to my suitcase. When I came back I saw there was towels on my bench and they had taken the trash out but didn’t put a new trash bag, so I knew someone had been in my room. The next morning I start getting ready again and my perfume is no where to be found. I know exactly where I left it. Whoever was in my room that day took it. I tried to resolve the issue with the hotel directly. The person I spoke to kept telling me the GM was the only one that could reimburse me for my loss but kept saying he was out of the country and hadn’t talk to him yet. I kept getting blown off. I called customer service to tell them about my situation and they seemed like they were gonna help but have yet to return my call. I need reimbursement so I can repurchase my stolen item. I need my $228 back.
