The date of the repairs done on my air conditioner were at the end of 2023, I do not have an exact date because I was never given an invoice. I have already paid HOME 360 approximately $2,000 for the initial work done on the air conditioner. I was then told that I needed a coil. At the time it did not occur to me that they had not given me a quote for the coil, I presumed it would be a reasonable rate. When the workers came to replace the coil I asked them how much it would be and they told me to wait to hear from HOME 360. I was told later by phone that I owed them over $4,ooo for the work. I was in shock; and am presently trying to pay them off on a monthly basis. However, I believe that I have been treated unfairtly by not being given an indication of how much the work would cost

I have used Home360 for years. The plumbing service received yesterday was the best service I've received in 42 years living here. Mr ****** was early, unheard of!! Very good at informing me of the progress he was making in the preparation to replace my waterline from the meter to my main entry into my home. He made my faucet to shut the water off more easy, wrapped my entire pipe with new insulation, filled in the trench while placing my grass back on top, and removed all roots he had to cut away. More important to me was filling me in on the entire job and coming in lower than the first estimated cost of what the cost might be in the end. Great addition to their workforce at Home 360

Terrible. A week after estimate day their plumber giving me a generalized quote and I agreed to terms (cost, date of service and time) and them (Home360) taking my rather large downpayment for plumbing work, I scheduled the work for two weeks away. I was told it would take a whole day to do everything so count on that. The downpayment was to be used to buy necessary parts.. On the day of my appointment, I was called twice to say the plumber was buying parts and would be in later (I am never up and ready for 8 am, but I was that day). The plumber shows up around 9:45 and does about 30 minutes of work and says he has to go get another part for the toilet. He comes back maybe an hour and a half later and says he had to go to three stores (I gave parts money up front and he saw all that needed to be done). He works about another 1.5 hours and says he has to go let his dog out. He leaves again and returns in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. He works for about 45 minutes and says he forgot to get the parts for the other two things that needed doing, so he schedules a return trip 3 days later at 8:00 am - no show (up again very early to wait) . Company calls(7:45 am) and says he had an emergency. Now more than 4 weeks since he first visited and all still not done. I asked for a detailed invoice from Home360(itemized invoice with prices), the company told me they don't do detailed invoices and other plumbers don't either. I have to admit my stupidity in agreeing to a non detailed (overprice) quote because I wanted it done and out of way. If I don't pay, I will probably be sued but they did not live up to the time promised so it may be a push. DO NOT USE this company - full of promises, but no delivery. They offered to just quit now, but no offer of refund for work not completed..

I have been using Home 360 for years and never had an experience as bad as this one. I called in and told the lady I needed a plumber because I had water leaking from under my washing machine. They sent me a plumber that ALL he did was turn the machine on 2 times and let it drain and determined it was not a plumbing problem and everything seemed fine. I still have water all over my floor and ruining my carpet. The problem I had was I had to pay $99.00 for this guy to come to my house and turn on my machine 2 times and then leave. Be careful when you call them because you never know who will arrive. I will do everything I can to not ever recommend or use this company again.

They did my siding on my house, and the siding job was done great, but while doing it he hit one of my water pipes. I understand that accidents can happen, and they did take care of it immediately. Now before the pipe was damaged my water faucet was not leaking. But after they fixed it, it began to leak. I called and they said they were going to send somebody out and he fixed it and said it was gonna cost me $225. I explain to him but my faucet wasn't leaking until you guys messed with the pipe. He tells me that it's because my water faucet was old and since he had to take it off it messed up the seal in the water faucet. But he said he thinks maybe they were gonna count the cost I was going to turn it into the office. Mind you this was almost a month ago, today I got a phone call telling me that since they fix my faucet I owe them $225. I explain to the lady at the office I thought it was gonna be comped she said no that it was an old faucet so I owe them money but she could takeoff $25. Now my water faucet would never be damaged if they did not damage my pipe, and it was not leaking before he messed with my water faucet. The gentleman who did my siding did a good job but they will try to get every penny out of you they possibly can. I will not go back to them again.
