            We hired **** (owner of Concrete Magic) to do house flooring, countertops, and outdoor patio in May 2017. The entire process was a disaster, **** would show up late and wanted to stay until late into the evening while we were still living in the home with our family. The concrete did not stay (color), he sealed hair and dirt into the floors, and the countertops were broken underneath. We attempted to get **** to come back to repair and fix the damages numerous times and he ignored our calls or would make an appointment and not show up. We had to finally resort in getting an attorney to get our money back and take **** and Concrete Magic to court. **** is not a licensed contractor! He has poor time management skills and does not guarantee his work. We are out over $17,000 just to **** and Concrete Magic Designs plus attorney fees. We have an active judgement in Livingston Parish court records for anyone to look up with you are interested. Please be aware before you book to work with **** or Concrete Magic, we are not the first person this has happened to, and I wish we had been made known.
