WARNING! Please do not make the mistake of choosing this driving school for your child. We paid $648.30 upfront in December for my daughter to attend this driving school. She completed the coursework with no issues the first week of February. The problem is that they do NOT schedule driving in a timely manner. At the parent meeting, it was implied that there was a delay, but after a month, this class would be given priority, which would have been March/April. WE STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETED ANY DRIVING and it is the end of June. Now, she will not be able to drive during her Junior year of high school. My nephew, who finished his course 2 days ago, has all of his hours scheduled and will complete all driving requirements in 2 weeks. He will have his permit before my daughter. The ironic part is that there is a $100 charge for anyone who does not cancel a driving time with more than a 24-hour notice. They hold the customer/teenagers accountable, but not themselves. I never take the time to write reviews, but I can not, in good conscience, watch others go through this. Driving school is expensive and there are other options. Please do not make a hasty decision. All of the negative reviews are honest; there is no exaggeration.Trinity Driving School Response

The student had 2 drives scheduled prior to parent sending this letter. Also we had an email waiting Monday morning (6/27/2022 from the weekend) from parent in which we offered 2 additional drives to get the student finished. Yes, we are behind on our behind the wheel driving portion of the class but all parents were made aware of the delay at our parent meetings and our parent letter sent home. We are working as quickly as we can to get each student driven as quickly and safely as possible.Review from K

My daughter completed the driver's education course June of 2021. We have not been able to schedule a road skills test as of yet. Trinity driving school does not respond to voicemails, text messages or emails. I have even mailed letters and still awaiting a response. The telephone numbers we are calling are 225.751.7233 and 225.262.7233. I am filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are hoping to get some kind of response and a refund. I do not understand why they are continuing to have in person classes when they can not complete the driving portion of the course. This place obviously takes on more students than they can accommodate for diving. We were unable to sign up for the driving portion for the month of July so I called Trinity Driving School.
I was finally able to speak with them one time on July 6, 2021. The lady representative stated we had to wait again on the upcoming driving course for August to be scheduled on July 30th at noon. She also wanted to blame Covid. She said students from March of 2020 are still completing the driving portion. I asked for a refund of the driving portion she said NO. She also stated the company has 180 days to schedule the driving portion of the test before they are fined. All of that is not my problem. I even made suggestions to her on how to move the process. She said they will continue to do in person classes and not really care what happens with the driving portion.
The process works like this. You have to logon to https://www.trinitydriversed.com/behind-the-wheel.phtml before 12 noon. When the date turns green you are then able to signup. We were online waiting by 11:30AM on July 30th. The schedule turned green starting at 11:42:02AM. We clicked on the date went through the process to sign up received a confirmation. The classes never appeared on my daughters schedule to drive. Out of 30 days in this month they only made about 11 dates visible on the calendar. All the dates were booked before the stated 12 noon start time. We even waited until 1:20PM for the rest of the dates to appear. Nothing else was presented on the website in order to schedule the driving class portion. We have been very patient. We tried to schedule the driving portion. The road skills test is a separate charge from the course itself. They are extremely unorganized and do not respond to concerns nor return phone calls. In fact, if you listen to the voicemail on either number it says B*tch I made a mistake. This company only wants your money, they have no interest in customer service once they've received your payment. Again NO effort has been made by Trinity Driving school to address our issues. We are very tempted to schedule a road skills test with another drivers education school We just want our money back for all the stress and issues this company has caused. This company needs to be investigated and dealt with appropriately. As the previous person stated. "They should be made to fulfil requirements to those of us who pay for their services without continuously offering excuses with no action."Review from Kristina D

If I could give them a zero, I would. I agree that they do not respond to emails and voice mail box is full. I paid $550, and I am not able to schedule my son's driving lessons. I do not even know what recourse I have.Review from Dawn Sanchez

My daughter completed the driver's ed course July of 2020. We have not been able to schdule a road skills test as of yet. The location where she took the course is now completely vacant. Trinity driving school absolutely does not respond to voicemails or emails until filing a complaint with the BBB is mentioned. This place obviously takes on more students than they can accomodate. They are extremely unorganized and do not respond to concerns nor return phone calls. Also, the road skills test is a separate charge from the course itself, which is absurd. This company only wants your money, they have no interest in customer service once they've received your payment. They claim these issues are due to covid, but for us specifically, these issues started long before Covid was a known thing. We were also given a story about the owner's wife pasisng away and them having issues due to covid. While we are very sympathetic to these issues, we had several issues prior to covid and always received what seemed like excuses. Absolutely NO effort has been made by Trinity Driving school to address our issues and we had no choice but to schedule a road skills test with another drivers ed school altogether (For a MUCH lower fee I might add). This company needs to be investigated and dealt with appropriately. They should be made to fulfil requirements to those of us who pay for their services without continuously ffering excuses with no action.
