Let me start off with this, I notice a lot of complaints about Eaton Group, we are all adults and we understand that if we do not pay our bills it will be turned over to a Collection Agency. Eaton Group is doing there job to collect just like everyone complaining is doing there job for an income. So that being said, I have been paying a large debt for over a year and i am now close to the end of my payment arrangements they so kindly worked out for me and my budget, my credit score has gone up due to always being on time with my payments, I have on my credit excellent history n paying my bills. I have had a lot of hardship with my home being damaged by hurricanes or medical issues, and I simple picked up the phone and called Brandy Holloway who handlings my account and she ALWAYS works with me when I could not make my payment. I absolutely give EATON GROUP FIVE PLUS STARS AND RATE THEM AS EXCELLENT. It doesn’t take much to call them let them know you are n a hardship and they will work with you. So complaining and whining it only looks bad on your part because it basically shows how you do not mind spending the money on your credit cards but when it comes to paying you simply just do not pay your bills, and Eaton Group is doing there job to collect for the company you decided you would not pay your debt. I have been having an account with them for along time and NEVER NOT 1 TIME DID THEY HARASS ME FOR PAYMENT. I have a lot of respect for them and Brandy Holloway has always returned my calls and has only had empathy and respect for me when I had to lower my payment or miss a payment they helped me with my credit scores and have always shown empathy for me n my case with them. Yes i got behind on a credit card due to hardship so the credit card company hired Eaton Group to collect for them, so don’t throw stones at a company doing there job. So always be KIND SHOW RESPECT AND STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT EATON GROUP WHEN BASICALLY IT IS ONLY YOUR FAULT. JW

Whatever you do do not give these people your name or your address, this is a collection agency and when they call they will try every way to Sunday to get you to confirm your name and address. they don't care about anything except trying to legally claim that they have an ongoing business relationship with you which resets the terms of their ability to collect. They do not return calls and they don't give a **** about you.

The Eaton Group are predatory debt collectors. If Satan has lawyers this is who represents him. My ex wife took out a bunch of credit cards in my name and maxed them out and now my check is being garnished and I can’t afford to pay my mortgage or car note. I’m going to have to quit working or file for bankruptcy as a result and I would be ok paying for this debt that isn’t mine but in small increments. Nope, not good enough for Satan’s attorneys. I hope this group of predators and home wreckers burn in hellfire. Everyone who works there is a predator and a piece of garbage and probably sleep like babies knowing they destroy families.

Eaton group is terrible! I’ve made several attempts to get into contact with them but they never answer the phone. They have multiple young adults with little to no knowledge of what they are doing. This place definitely needs to be shut down. This place is a joke. I literally have to call the sheriffs office to get into contact with the Eaton group. Anybody that has had to deal with I totally understand your frustrations.

I agree with the rest I have tried to contact them to settle my debt. Yes actually pay them and receive no communication from them whatsoever. Calls and emails go unanswered.

You all are DEMONS! I've called your company several times to no avail you've not returned not one call! You're trying to collect a debt that one I tried to settle as soon as o got back in town with THE ATTORNEY YOU BOUGT THE WRONGFUL DEBT FROM! 2 I'VE ASK YOU FOR THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE PAYMENTS THAT WASN'T APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT BEFORE KATRINA. 3 YOU NEVER SUPEONA PEOPLE TO COURT BECAUSE YOU KNOW THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT. YOU ALL TRY TO DO DIRT IN A LEGAL WAY BUT YOU'RE UNSUCCESSFUL. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AND SUE YOU FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIONS. BTW YOU WON'T GET THAT GARNISHMENT.

With the way the world has changed…Great Flood of 2016, hurricanes, the pandemic and soooooo much more and add INFLATION. COVID hitting people and they stopped paying for sick time because so many cases. I couldn’t work for a company like this is it was a million a week. You capitalize off people struggles. You but the debt-which the company write off and claim to get paid. You buy an account for $100 to collect $6000 (example) and BOOM it’s all for the love of MONEY. This y’all have to lie-“let me see if the company will give take that settlement! You purchased the debt! Lol But anyway you all pack compassion for money. While you may be making tons of money off of struggling Americans….you will fall short somewhere with things money can’t buy. You can’t buy compassion. I hope that money satisfies everything you long for. And stop lying ******** you didn’t call me2/3/2023. And ****** *** smile….they collecting millions and y’all get paid less than $45,000 a year. Keep calm.

Eaton Group has actually been pleasant to work with. From the day I was placed into collections through now, the agents assigned to my case have been helpful, understanding and explained everything. Even when times were tough all I had to do was call, explain my situation and they would take care of me. Long story short, this was my debt and I took responsibility for it. As long as you show that you want to do the right thing they will take care of you. At one point they even stopped the debtor from garnishing my wages for being 2 days late. Why? Because I called the day after my payment was due and explained that I just needed one more day. In my opinion, other collection agencies need to take notes from this group.

You garnishing my paychecks $1,000 a month! With the inflation and the cost cost of everything going up there is no way I can afford that. You will make me and my family loose our home. Through our hardship I tried to do the right thing by getting all my debt paid off by paying everything through national debt relief. They made Arrangements with you debt company and started making payments. When hurricane Ida hit we were really affected by this disaster. We We're late on one payment and the debt company dropped our agreement/account with national debt relief. So we lost all that money that was paid to them through national debt relief. They gave us no chance or time to make up that late payment due to our situation that was not in our control.That was only missed because we were affected by a bad National disaster. It was less then a month that we were late on that payment that velocity dropped national debt relief and filed a lawsuit to where we were unable to do anything about it. I spoke with the attorney from your company and told him the situation and that we were just hit by a hurricane Ida that is the only reason the payment was late. The attorney pretty much told me to bad.After the hurricane hit We had no power or service for over a week to even do anything. When switching company I worked for the garnishment was put on hold just for a bit and i tried to get with velocity to see if there is anyway to make payments instead of garnishing my check and they will not say anything but to get with Eaton Group and now you are garnishing my checks $1,000 a month again. This is not fair that I was making payment and because I was less then a month late on 1 payment because of a national disaster $1000 is taking from me a month. I even request documents from Velocity and you to show proof that we owe this debt and still nothing has been provide to me on any of this. They do not even make sure you receive the court summons because I would have tried to fight this.
