Additional Information
  • On September 9, 2010, the BBB sent out an Standard Business Questionnaire (SBQ) to Environmental Cleaning & Restoration due to an ad they had running in The Advocate which claimed "Lowest Price Ever $49.95 Unlimited Vents" (Includes one main and one return). Consumers began calling wanting information on the business. A second SBQ was sent out requesting information on 10/25/2010. Both requests were not responded to by the company. Ads continued running weekly in The Advocate. On November 1, 2011, a consumer called wanting to let us know that he had received a copy of the company's contract which had a toll free number on it and no local address. We traced the phone number to Environmental Cleaning in Venice, FL. The company's report can be viewed at: http://www.bbb.org/west-florida/business-reviews/air-duct-cleaners/environmental-cleaning-and-restoration-in-venice-fl-90085206 On August 10, 2011, we sent out another SBQ after finding a current East Baton Rouge Parish Occupational License for the company. A second SBQ was sent to the company on September 2, 2011 and was returned as undeliverable by the U.S. Postal Service. The address the company had been using was to a local UPS store box.
