DO NOT USE BREAUX’s HEATING & AIR! As a potential new customer, I had called and spoke with the owner, ***** ******* about getting a quote to replace both of my units (ac condenser, air handler and heating). My physical address is Port Allen, approximately 8 miles from the new bridge. He told me that he usually didn’t come out to Port Allen, but would make an exception for me. I told him that I would understand if he didn’t want to come, but he INSISTED that he would send someone the following day for 10 am. 11am the following day, I called what I thought was the office, to find out if someone was still coming. The person who answered was the technician who said he had my address but never was told by the owner what time to be here. He then told me he was in Walker and could be here for around 11:30 if I still wanted him to come. I told him yes. I got a call from the technician at 11:45 saying that his boss, ***** ******, told him they don’t go out as far as Port Allen. WTF! The technician told me he was currently IN Port Allen on a service call. WTF! Downtown Port Allen is no more than 7 miles from my house. He told me if it were up to him, he would come, so that’s on Billy. Never got a call to tell my my appointment had been cancelled and why. What a way to do business!
