              I purchased a vehicle from ****** **** of Lakeview Auto Sales in August of 2022. I spent $32,000 on the SUV. I went to trade it in for something different in August of 2023, where I was told at that dealership that my vehicle was worth $9,000 as it has a ****** on it totaling approximately $15,000. I had spoken to ****** later that month about him buying it back, where he stated he would take it in on a trade. I went to ****** on November 15th to see what he would do for me. He swore at me stating it was my fault that I did not ask for the ******, would not price my vehicle to see what I could trade it in for, was very rude, and stated he did not want to deal with the situation or me. The ****** states that it went to auction as accident repair, meaning he knew about the ****** when he purchased the vehicle at auction.
