            On March 8, 2023, I was charged $1,308.13 on my **** credit card for some coins that I purchased. Upon receiving them in the mail, one of them had a broken certification seal, and the coin could fall right out. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I informed the seller, to which they told me to send the coin back and they would issue a full refund for that coin ($204.54). The coin has been confirmed to have returned to the store as I used tracked shipping. It has now been about a month since the coin was returned, but no refund has been issued. I have tried contacting the store numerous times through email and by phone call, and have never received a reply or had anyone pick up the phone.
