              July 17th,2023 $1282.88 they suppose to replace Ac rear evaporator which they did. find out after taking the car the middle AC is not blowing air and a day later the whole AC is blowing hot air. Went back asking them to fix it and they are saying there is another leak that will cost me over a $1000. the first estimated was %750 and I end up paying $1282 and now they want to charge me more. they even don't care to put me on a priority appointment to fix the issue,

              Daughter when in for a replacement on side of brake pads. They done a free brake inspection . They charged her for all new lug nuts and removal of seized lug nuts .a cost of 305.00 . **** *** * ********** ******* ** *****

              Hello, we are so sorry that our work did not meet with your expectations we certainly do try our best everyday. We do offer a free brake inspection, however in this case the wheel nuts were either seized or stripped to the point where they could not be easily removed to inspect the brakes. Once we ran into that problem we consulted the customer and received authorization to do all work that was done. We will be taking your complaint up at our next meeting a discussing ways that perhaps we can use this opportunity to further improve our operations. Thank You!
