The vehicle was a 2014 model year with approximately 220,000 kms.  We advertised as a value priced MVI only vehicle which we provided full disclosure on what the vehicle was and its level of mechanical inspection.  We provided a full CarFax report which was signed and acknowledged.  We also provide a very detail disclosure which the client initials and signs.  As this type of value priced vehicle we offer to the public instead of running through the auction.  We fully disclose and recommend getting the vehicle inspected by an independent party due to the age of mileage of the vehicle.... 

Here is a copy of the disclosure presented to the client which was signed off and initialed. It was initialed the client opted NOT to take our advice and get an independent inspection done.
