Sales Practice Issues: Consumers allege after ordering from the business website they receive an email requesting they call and confirm their order information. When the consumer calls, the business explains they did not purchase a battery for the equipment. Consumers believed the item was included but often go ahead and purchase the battery. The business also encourages the consumer to purchase an extended warranty through the product manufacturer. After receiving the product consumer receives warranty information through a third party separate from the product.

Product Issues: When the product arrives, consumers allege it is not new but a refurbished model. Some consumers claim they received no instruction manual or warranty information.

Customer Service Issues: Consumers reach out to the business regarding these issues and are met with unsatisfactory customer service. Consumers detail the person they are speaking with becoming irate, using foul language, and ending the call without addressing any concerns.
