My daughter went in for an MRI with contrast. We made payments on their website and had the balance of $850 paid before the end of 2021. This week we get a letter from COLLECTIONS! For the amount I had already paid more than 6 months previously. I had the account paid off and without a single call or email or letter they send out a FRAUDULENT charge to COLLECTIONS. I have the authorization numbers and account numbers on an electronic receipts for total and full complete payment as well as proof in our HSA account showing the same thing. I understand things can get crossed and mistakes happen but this is the second time we have had this happen. It almost seems like they thought we would have forgotten that we paid it and tried to charge us a second time. Since they never sent a single notification SINCE it was paid only the letter from the lawyer trying to collect (steal) our money.Review from J. M.

My daughter had to visit the ER. The total visit took one hour. We saw the doctor for maybe 10 minutes and he reviewed her hand no procedure was done and referred us to an orthopedic specialist. The hospital billed me $2000 I paid 700 my insurance covered the rest. I then received a separate bill from team health who apparently was from the physician who again we saw for 10 minutes. The total bill was $3500 for the physician which my insurance covered everything except 500 which they demanded I pay. When I researched this company I found that there is a class action lawsuit for team health inflating medical cost. Children's healthcare should be at fault for sending my health insurance to a predatory billing company that is taking advantage of the patient.
