      We are happy with our pool cleaner. We live in ******* and the parts do need to get replaced occasionally. Ours is still under warranty. I contacted Maytronics they gave me a return authorization. I sent it back to them. Two days later I got a call from them letting me know what they were going to be taking care of, they did just that put it into shipping the next day and I will receive it tomorrow, all refurbished. This company is five star in my book. They stand behind their products and honor the warranty no questions asked.

      So DISSAPOINTED! Have purchased products in the past from Maytronics and the product itself works great. But heaven forbid you need service or a replacement part. Purchased a new Dolphin Triton PS on May 25th,2023. The power supple went bad July 4th, 2023 when it was a little over a month old. Contacted Maytronics July 5th, 2023. Used chat and was told a new power supply was ordered. Did receive order confirmation. July 17th still no shipment confirmation. Tried to contact them on the 17th but no answer on phones or chat. Recontacted on July 18th was told it was in the ******* warehouse and to be shipped shortly. July 31st still no confirmation of ship. Recontacted 8-1-23 by chat and was cut off. Recontacted by phone asked where power supply was and said my account was sent to supervisor and they would reach out to me. Also the unit would be sent out by end of week. Needless to say NO one reached out. August 21rd, 2023. Was told there was a mix up and they had to cancel the first order and submit reorder of part. Promised once again of confirmation. August 22, 2023. NO email confirmation as promised. Contacted again by phone and was told the reorder was in the system and waiting on update to ship. And that she would contact her supervisor to have this esculalted. I was given an order number of SF-****** and told the I would receive it with in the week. I did receive another order confirmation by email. *************** supply so I am done with this company. As said by other customers the product is wonderful but for whatever reason customer service is **** So I have a BRAND NEW AND EXPENSIVE POOL ROBOT THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS SUMMER. WE ARE NOW GETTING READY TO CLOSE OUR POOL. WOULD EXPECT SOME COMPENSATION AND MY POWER SUPPLY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. AT THIS MOMENT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND THAT IS JUST SAD.

      Maytronics was initially wonderful with professional and timely service, however based upon my recent experience I will never recommend Maytronics and when I am able I will purchase a Polaris. Unit under warranty until October. Shipped unit to Maytronics, which they received on 7/5/23.Weeks went by. Called and was told to add extra processing time for the holiday.Weeks went by and was told the techs are backlogged to be patient.More time elapsed. Its now over 1-month since the unit was received and today I am asked for a tracking number. WHAT! So my unit goes from being received and repaired to apparently LOST.Maytronics then informs me that they will send a replacement and to look for a e-mail confirming this. WAITED THE ENTIRE DAY AND NO E-MAIL TO BE FOUND.I AM BEYOND UPSET. HALF THE SUMMER GONE AND DEBIS AND DIRT SIT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY POOL WAITING ON A ROBOT UNDER WARRANTY, THAT IS LOST SOMEWHERE IN GEORGIA APPARENTLY.DO BETTER MAYTRONICS. FOR A GLOBAL COREPORATION, I WOULD EXPECT BETTER CUSTOMER RELATIONS. DEPLORABLE INDEED.

      We apologize for the delays in responding to the customers request for a status update on the repairs of his robotic pool cleaner. The customers case was escalated to leadership for review, an email was sent directly to the customer with an update on the resolution.

      This is a company that does not stand behind their product. We bought the Dolphin Nautilus CC + - one of their top of the line products ($1000!). Less than a year later, the track fell out and could not be settled. Contaced the company and was told that we have to pack and ship the unit back at our expense (even though there is a 3 years wartranty on the product). We are an elderly couple and even after we explained to them our situation that we could not easily pack the unit to send it back. They did not bother to tell us anything about how they plan to resolve it except sending us a return label for them to look into it. This is a poorly designed product, a lousy company and just terrible customer service. You should spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Buyers beware. We will also plan to file a complaint to a small claim court

      We bought this cleaner for our pool and at first we really liked it and it was doing a great job as my wife teaches swim lessons and uses and needs this for every day. Then one day we go to pull out of the water and got shocked as it was electrifying the water with no protection in the device or anything. I understand that things happen and no product is perfect...I just wanted to get it repaired or find the part and fix it myself. Maytronics is a well respected company in this industry so I reached out to customer service and have reached out multiple times now....with ZERO response from them. For what you pay for this product, I would think they would care enough to respond....especially if people are getting shocked by their product. I have been waiting to hear back from them about replacing it or fixing it....but now I will just have to buy another brand as we can't wait any longer. Very disappointed that their has been no response to me.

      I purchased a $1,600.00 pool cleaner from this company. I am a swim Instructor so I was willing to spend it to make sure that my pool looked clean for every ******* Unfortunately from the first day it did not work properly. It starts fine but if it goes to either the drain or step it will get stuck and go no further. I have been calling and emailing them since with no resolution. I have never had such bad customer service. They wont even return emails.

      I had a dolphin stop working under warranty.. It has been over a month since I sent it out. First to a local business who just kept it for a week without ever looking at it and then later decided to send it to Georgia for Maytronics to mess with it. It has been done for over a week and shipping label created, BUT NO ROBOT.. I just keep getting excuses. They keep saying I would get a tracking number once it gets shipped No, you get a tracking number once the label is created. They must think we are stupid.

      Where is my **** robot? 3 WEEKS with a shipping label and STILL NOT DELIVERED or even shipped out. WHY IS IT JUST SITTING AROUND BEING DONE? Someone needs fired. You guys just waiting till warranty expires or what?

      I was issued a two year warranty for ********** pool cleaner. I had issues within my warranty period. I shipped my pool cleaner a month ago and still waiting on parts from ****** I was told. Must be by horseback. My pool cleaner worked well until it didnt. Im just disappointed in the warranty time to repair a warrantied item. I will not purchase again from Maytronics based on their warranty. Who knows when I will ever get my pool cleaner repaired and delivered.

      We purchased a Maytronics pool vacuum in July 2022. One of the rotors stopped working in February 2023. We took it to our local pool store to see if they could help but they could not fix it. We filled out a form to send the unit to the Maytronics location in Georgia. They will not cover the price to mail the package. I have no idea what type of company won't cover shipping on a unit that is under warranty and needs to be fixed. They did say they will cover the shipping back to us. I will never purchase from this company again and implore others not to as well.

The warranty does provide that the owner must provide shipping of the cleaner for warranty repair, however it appears that a customer care agent offered a prepaid shipping label as a one time courtesy. If you did not receive that label please contact our customer care team at ******************************* or via phone at ************, refer to your claim number ******** to recieve a copy of that courtesy label.
