            On January 6, 2021, Superior Exteriors installed a "new" roof on my house. After one week, Traveler's insurance and (on May 26, 2021) a home inspector determined that the "new" roof was old. Traveler's declined my application for homeowner's insurance. The home inspector added that the (1) roof is unsafe to step on (3) shingles will be blown away by strong winds and (4) flashings are not secured well and will allow rain/water to leak into my house. The home inspector recommended that I hire a professional roof installation company to install a roof. Between these two dates, I notified the owners of Superior Exterior of faulty areas on the roof they installed. They corrected some of them and gave excuses for the rest. Since Jan 6, I hear every sound on the roof: branches scratching, rain pounding not just falling, and leaves scraping. I complained to the company. They will not refund my $4664 so that I can hire a professional company. They called a lawyer on me instead.
