    They dropped off material in January of 2022. I asked them on several occasions to come and pick up this material it was hazardous to my property, the neighbors and potentially those driving up and down our street. Instead of removing the material, they tied it up and put it in between trees on top of brush. In July, the work still not started, the material catches on fire. The owner assured us they would retrieve the remaining material by July 8, 2022. After four attempts of trying to contact them, they finally called me today July 21, 2022. Both owners were on the phone, one owner yelled at me, almost to the point where I wasn't able to understand him. I was able to understand him when he told me he was not going to get the material off of the property. I gave him an opportunity to stop yelling and speak in a civil manner, but he wasn't able to calm down so I ended the conversation. I text the owner who assured me that the material would be retrieved by July 8, 2022, stating that her having her husband call and **** at me doesn't negate the fact she agreed to to get this hazardous material off of this property. They have not kept their word on at least four separate occasions. The least they can do is get the material that has already and potentially has the opportunity to, catch on fire, off of vulnerable senior citizens property. My parents neighbor, who identified the fire and called the fire department is also a senior citizen. Their treatment of my parents home, property and life as well as their neighbors, is unacceptable!

    I recently had an experience with ****'s Backhoe, ******************************** that left me feeling quite uncomfortable due to unexpected extra charges. I wanted to share my experience with others so that they can be better informed before making a similar decision.Let me start by saying the quality of their work is excellent. This review it's not about the actual job quality, it's about everything else.I initially signed up for the service, attracted by what seemed like a reasonable price and good online reviews. However, as I proceeded, it made me feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every turn.One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience was the lack of transparency. The extra charges were not clearly disclosed upfront, and I only became aware of them when I received my final bill. This lack of transparency left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.Another issue was the customer support response when I reached out to inquire about these charges. It seemed like they had a scripted response ready, emphasizing that these charges were only for one extra day and not for 2 extra days to cover their business costs. While I understand the importance of being financially stable, I believe that companies should discuss any extra charges UPFRONT to avoid any customer discomfort.In the end, I paid significantly more than I had initially anticipated, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering this service to be extremely diligent in asking upfront how much additional services would be. It's disappointing when companies choose to hide behind undisclosed charges upfront and surprise their customers with extra charges. Transparency and honesty should be paramount in any business, and this experience fell far short of those expectations.I encourage ****'s Backhoe, ******************************** to reply to my comments if what I'm saying is not true.
