A great experience! Windemere had a roofing crew at my house in the afternoon on the day I called (after a weekend of high winds and downed branches!) and had the hole in my roof repaired on the same day within no more than an hour of my accepting the quote. Unbelievable. Said they were sending a Technician to my house on his way to *******. Recommended by my ********************** He never showed up. I called to see when he was coming by. Manager said my female relative told him to leave and wasnt interested in repair. I told him no such person. Why would someone care about a repair if the **************** was going to pay for it? Anyway I told him I was home all day because I work nights and family had been gone all week because of Spring Break. He sent nasty texts and said they have been roofing for 20 years and with my **************** for 10. SaId they were grown men and knew how to find my house. FunnyI never suggested that they couldnt but its interesting thats what he said. Total D bags and not worth the drama. Too many other companies out there. Stay away.Review from Patricia M

******************* did my roof .Later I had a small leak ask him to come check it.He stated ***** service fee.Finally they came out to fix the leak.He text me back with thats what you couldnt get no one else to do your roof.Black lives matter etc.So my roof started back leaking in the same spot they came back out again.So now its back leaking again call him again you have to pay ***** service fee.And call your insurance adjuster to come out.Then he say the person who built the roof didnt build it right.Havent heard anything from him yet.My roof is still leaking.He was all nice and polite while he was getting my business.Sorry I use his company.Review from Antonio B
