DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Especially ******* My realtor referred this company to me and I had a strong feeling that it was a sketchy organization just from the fact that the customer service rep did not copy any of our information correctly. I needed home remodeling due to a disgruntled tenant destroying my home. The customer service rep placed in the system as roof repair. The day that we were supposed to meet the contractor, the customer service rep contacted us and rescheduled the booking. The booking was then rescheduled, and on the rescheduled date, ******* contacts me and says he is behind a wreck and will be late. I am with my wife and 2 toddlers and this is now ran into NAP time as he pushes the meeting to the afternoon. I then get to the property, everything went well. ******* was very informative and requested that I put him in contact with the insurance company to be our advocate. First off, I understand how things work and did not need the contractor to be my advocate or my voice for the insurance company, so I never signed the document which was sent to me for them to be able to speak to my adjuster. I then contacted ******* and let him know everything needs to go through me and I will be requiring a an estimate of the repair cost and how long the job will actually take as the contractor should not need an estimate from the adjuster, he should let me know how much it will cost. ******* then states that he can meet me at the property as he has to do a detailed estimate (This should have occurred on the first visit to the property, not waiting on the adjuster's estimate). I spoke to his assistant who confirms a 9AM meeting on Tuesday October 4, 2021. I dropped the kids off, traveled to the rental home 30 miles from the kids school and waited until 9:45 AM. I texted ******* and he responds back that he is behind another accident asking me would I like to reschedule. So now, I wasted more than 1/4 of my day dealing with an unprofessional compan
