            I began to work with ********** around 12/18/2023 at first very professional and helpful. He knocked on our door at the perfect time we had some shingles that blew off and gave us a free roof inspection. We then found out we needed a new roof he got us started with our insurance claim then never heard from him again. He even had someone else answer his phone pretending to be health insurance person. Now I'm stuck trying to find a new roofer right in the middle of my claim that was denied by the way this is where he supposed to be doing his job even told us in the beginning our insurance company was giving them problems. We called the main office left messages I've called texted and emailed ** nothing oh wait the last time I called him he texted me and said in a meeting call you in a second then nothing. Not professional at all and it kind of blows my mind everything was fine and great then nothing.
