Good morning,I had my roof replaced in September (2021) and i was still seeing bowing and water spots. I called several times in 2022 about this in 2022. When I initially inquired about the problem it was determined I needed new roof. With the new roof I thought all of the problems were fixed. No. I called several times about this problem and the last time you all came out and said I needed caulking on the chimney because I heard movement up there. Why wasn't this fixed when I did the insurance claim? Why wasn't it fixed when I had the roof replaced/repaired. I have water coming in my house right now. Who knows how long this has been going on. I just happened to be upstairs during the rain and seeing the drip. The other signs were there after the fact. I paid $15k for the same problem to be happening. I call the office and they don't pick up the phone (caller id). I keave a message (no return call) then I call from another number and they pick up immediately. ******* the contractor never returns my call. This is my investment, my home, and my livelihood. I have brought this to the companies attention all year asking for help and resolutions to a problem. I should not be having a leak right now but I do. I don't believe the work was done to fix the leaking. It's still leaking and has been since I called them. I have buckets and towels all around my house right now from the water coming in.Upon completion, no representative from the company has come to review the work performed to confirm it was done to code. My HVAC was damaged during the repair and yes they did fix it but that caused the contractor to distant and rude to me. So much for call me if there is a problem. He severed all ties and didn't do the work he promised. My gutters are still not painted from the damage of the roof removal. I have asked multiple times for this to be done. We also have not been given any warranty contracts should there be a problem with the roof.
