We hired a contractor to fully renovate our house in July of 2018 and he set up a total roof replacement with Edge2Edge that took place in August 2018. The amount that was paid for the new roof was around $6000 with some extra costs added in. In August of 2021 we had some ceiling leakage in our bathroom after heavy rain. We reached out to Edge2Edge and they said they would let us know when someone is available in the area to take a look. Months passed without any contact and after another bout of heavy rain in March 2022, the ceiling began to leak more. We contacted Edge2Edge again and were told they were no longer offering the warranty we had gotten in 2018 and they wouldnt honor ours. After some back and forth we were able to get in touch with ******** the owner of Edge2Edge, and he explained that it was a former employee who had done our contract and that employee was let go for misconduct. Edge2Edge no longer did residential roofing in our area so he said he would help us find someone to do the work. He seemed apologetic and like he wanted to be helpful, but unfortunately that was all. We called the office again multiple times to try and see if they would honor the warranty and pay for the roof repair, but we received a run around time and time again. Because hurricane season is coming, we had to make the choice to hire another company (Reliant Roofing) to repair our roof for $1200. It is currently fixed and we are hoping that through this complaint process Edge2Edge will honor their warranty and give us the money we had to pay for the repair.
