I am a senior citizen, 6/2023 30 Second Roof Quote came to my home asking to inspect my roof for hail damage. I declined, they kept coming back. ******************************* asked for my insurance policy, I declined. After I talked to my insurance company I gave them the job. 7/18/2023 teenagers installed the roof and left my property a mess. 7/19/23 ************************* sent my insurance *** a false certificate of completion stating that the work had been completed so they sent me a check. ******************************* kept calling asking for the $16368.64 check from my insurance ***. I only paid him $14343.93 for the roof on the advice of my insurance *** He became angry when he didn't get the whole check and stopped answering my calls and texts. He told me to stop blowing up the office's phone. I texted and emailed him and asked for a copy of the contract that I signed 2 times before I got it on 8/23/2023, my initials were forged on the contract, they were computer printed. On 10/5/23 30 Second Roof Quote put 5 inch gutters on my home, I had 6 inch gutters, now there is a gap and you can see inside. I choose black they installed lime green and black gutters/downspouts. Charged my insurance *** $571.79 to paint and prime gutters/downspouts which they didn't do. Lied about side gutters being replaced on initial cost to insurance *** ************************* refuse to correct gutters, threatened to put a lien on my home because I would not give them the supplement check for the side gutters. ************************* sent 2 companies to my home to sell me gutter guards for over $5000. I have no warranty paperwork, my roof has not been inspected. When it rains my gutters leak at the corners. On 12/20/2023 I asked about a permit by ************ no response from **************, they pulled a permit on 12/21/23. They refuse to post the permit so that my roof can be inspected. I have pictures; my property before & after, the mess that they left, gutter material and all communications with ******************************* and *************************.
