Working with Ann and the New Home Finance team on my parents Reverse Mortgage was a painless experience. They were friendly and timely with their requests and getting back to us on our questions. This enabled us to close on their home 20 days faster than the contracted time. They were meticulous in gathering what the underwriters would need that there was little to no extra documentation needed to get the file approved and executed.
