What a terrible experience! Chicken wings were undercooked. Food was expensive and not worth it! $12 for a side of fries? Manager was not helpful at all and waitress had a royal attitude. Only reason we went was because it was close to our hotel. ********************* or time going here! This place is a joke!

I ordered hot wings. When they came they were uncooked. When I complained the manager told me it was nothing he could do. He said I should have ordered them well done, as if I knew they would serve me uncooked food. I will never, ever, revisithis place

I ordered a ***** Salad and when it was brought to me it was soggy and wet. It was told to me that the salad was tossed and rinsed first. So to me the water wasnt drained off it properly. I spoke to the manager and he told me that he cant exchange it or cancel it on my order.. I think that was very inconsiderate and rude. I think that he Could have allowed me to order something else or gave me some kind of discount or something.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve 1 star.For the price of the garbage seafood they sell, Spondivits doesnt even carry **** crackers. The waitress ****** suggested I crack open my king **** legs with a Tabasco sauce bottle. She stated that **** crackers are too expensive and customers steal them so everyone uses Tabasco sauce bottle. Their menu items are overpriced and customers require **** crackers to open king or queen **** legs. They disclosed that a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your check and if you cheap ahh want to tip more you can Ok no problem. They disclosed no go backs on food and all sales are final even if due to human error of the kitchen staff messing up your order, but they sure didnt disclose we dont provide our customers with **** crackers. Be ghetto and use a Tabasco bottle and risk a bottle breaking from u banging on the seafood and sauce flying all over your clothes. Homeless people were outside pestering and begging the entire time we waited to be seated. Police got called on me by the manager **** because I refuse to eat or pay for my meal. Police sided with me and didnt pay for anything but please dont eat here. Im extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone !!!

Menu prices and total tab totals do not match! They are getting over on their customers! So the reason for the 1 star is the customer service from management only as the food is delicious! My party of 3 was there to celebrate my birthday just over a week ago. The prices were significantly higher and we charged that to the pandemic as a number of places are. When closing out our tabs, we noticed the "receipt" prices were even higher than the "menu" prices. We get management to the table to inquire. The Black manager, whose name I do not recall, explained they had recently changed the prices in their register system but NOT on the menu, apologized for the "catch" and proceeded to reimburse the 2 guests with me out of his wallet. He leaves and we asked the server about the overcharge on my tab and a different manager, ****** - whose name I do remember because a VERY NASTY confrontation ensued, appeared. He asked about our problem, we explained the same, and he goes into his wallet, throws $5 on the table and says, "IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT DON'T COME BACK"! Not only is affordability a racial trope that is often used towards Blacks, but my tab alone was over $150. So how did the question go from their mistake in misleading and overcharging customers to affordability? I never leave reviews, but this man has no business dealing with the public, AND WHY IS HE STILL THERE??? He has said this to others. My sister and I heard this same Latino manager say this to another Black man when he questioned his tab total on a separate visit. A loud and nasty confrontation ensued between them, and the guy literally went to his car and returned to confront the manager for the disrespect which freaked us out. The food is delicious and the drinks are strong, but check your receipt against the menu because they are getting over!

We came from out of town stayed in a hotel near this restaurant July 3rd we made our order Ruben and fish we also ordered 2 drinks we waited 20 minutes for our drinks waitress just sitting around so we told her just give us the food to go we seen our order just sitting there finally she got it after about 4 minutes she was sitting down our food came to 74 dollars plus they added her tip of over 10 dollars why did we have to pay for her sitting around we will never go back and will tell everyone don't go we called back and they laughed because we said we wouldn't have gave her 50 cents it was not funny
