I previously submitted a complaint against this business for approving me for Rental Assistance and then ghosting me without letting me know anything about my file. Shortly after I submitted my complaint, the company reached out to me and my Landlord to open the file back up and move forward with the Rental Assistance previously promised. Both myself and my landlord sent in all the appropriate paperwork and I was told that we would be able to move forward. As soon as the business responded to the complaint and I expressed I was pleased with the outcome, I was sent an email that expressed they wouldnt be able to send the funds at all. I feel deceived and tossed around like a plaything. I find it upsetting and extremely disappointing that the company lies just so I could cancel my complaint. Im behind 2-3 months on my rent due to lack of communication and trickery. Im only able to pay one month out of the balance that was owed but my Rental Property will only accept the payment in full. Im extremely upset and Im facing eviction due to the evilness and deception of this company.I am facing eviction and find myself in the worst predicament of my life because of this company. PLEASE HELP.
