Ive been dealing with this since a March 13th Ive reached out to you all before. Ive complained about Bats, ants, rodents (rats) being in my home with my kids and nothing has been done from leo prime properties. My baby cant freely crawl around the house because of rodents. We cant go grocery shopping because of rodents eating our food so there food constantly being waste so we no longer go grocery shopping because we dont want the rodents to get into our food. So we constantly spending money on eating out. They only send people out to work on the property when theyre expecting rent and they always say they have to come back and never finish the job. They sent me a notice about threatening to evict me so I paid four months in advance $4600 5/9/2022 a week later we actually found rats in our kitchen (face to face) before we just saw droppings now we see the rats and hear them to the point we are losing sleep because we are paranoid now our ceiling Collapse and some of it got on my daughter. My daughter told me that there was things dripping on them coming from the ceiling when she and her brother was going up the stairs. it was water and black mold. The smell is unbearable from the rodents and the mold and we can not live there. I have no money to move now and no where to go with my kids due to this condition. We are basically homeless. I have a 1 year old and a 10 year old. I have videos picture, emails and also portal request and Complaints about the property since March 13th 2021 till now. I would like a refund of my $4600 and my deposit. I have been lied to and living here has been a living h*** I have never in my life experience something so wrong. No one cares that my kids and I are living like this. I just need you all help.
