    We purchased a home from TPG in August 2016. We experienced an issue with several areas having ongoing roof leaks which ended up being a direct result of pure negligence and TPG ignoring our request to make things right. The issue came to light after our 1-year warranty had expired. TPG admitted fault when we hired a professional roofer to address a leak in our master ************** porch in early 2020. TPG never mentioned the 1-year warranty and immediately sent a roofer without hesitation to address the issue. It was odd as it is usually an argument to get TPG to willingly fix any warranty request. However, come to find out we were one of a few homes that closed in August 2016 that apparently had not received a final inspection before the legal closing of our home. (We have documentation of all emails, text messages, and pictures to prove our roof was not to code when we closed on our home). The roofer that TPG sent was aware of this situation as he was part of the original crew when our home was built. He said he would bring the roof to code, fix other issues he identified, would send a report to show the roof was repaired to code, and would be back to fix the front porch leak as he ran out of time. Unfortunately, the roofer never returned nor sent us the report he promised. We again reached out to TPG after making several attempts to get the roofer back to our home. We were met with A LOT of resistance from TPG but eventually, they sent Nate who had the same roofer come back out but again the leak was still not fixed. After several more phone calls to Nate, he agreed to send another crew and someone to fix the damaged ceiling caused by the leak. However, the 2nd crew did not successfully fix the leak and the ceiling was never fixed. Now, here we are in the summer of 2022 and the roof is STILL leaking and the newly repaired ceiling that we had fixed at our own expense is damaged again. ********** have not returned calls, texts, or respond to emails.

    I purchased a brand new home on a cul-de-sac street. The builder Never Disclosed that he was Destroying the cul-de-sac, and adding another 95 homes. TPG sold these lots to another builder, and are not conforming to original elevations at all. Now, we have cars speeding past our home everyday doing 40 mph. The clubhouse cannot be used for parties or games without inviting children. The pool is dirty most times. Every landscaping company they use is Horrible. Construction quality very very poor. Little to no communication after the sale.

    The street this buyer lives on has always been planned to have homes in the adjacent parcel.  The cul-de-sac was temporary from the beginning and buyers were aware.  Further this neighborhood is not age restricted so there is nothing we can do to stop children from playing in the clubhouse and/or pool.
