            I have been renting from this landlord for 9 years and have asked him over and over to fix things in my home and he has not came to do anything. I pay my rent and he still wont come fix anything. I need siding on my home from termites, windows because my window panes have fallen out, my roof needs to be replaced, my daughters shower needs to be replaced because there is a hole in the base from dry wrought and the carpet needs to be taken up and flooring replaced due to the carpet being so old and never replaced from previous tenets. My landlord filed dispositions but we have never been to court but I am finding out I cant get another home because these are showing up on my credit as evictions but I still live in the house and never got evicted. I really would like to get all the items I need repaired in the home taken care of while i take care of the things he has falsely submitted on my credit.

            They are terrible. The landlord provided me with a lease that had a provision of the time frame he had to give me notice of an increase and when I called him on it because he was not following HIS lease he decided he wanted to sell. I offered to by but since he knew that I knew the issue he didn't want to sell I lived in the home 5 years and 4 of the years squirrels lived there too. I only gave it one star because I had to.
