They gave me a 60 day notice to vacate. From 6/3-7/31. Which was not 60 days, by the way. They are now charging me $800 for a whole house painting, and $200 to clean brand new carpet, thats only in about 1/4 of the living room. The **** system and vents were filled with holes from snakes and rodents. The solution was to duct tape them. This made my electric bill extremely high and caused sinus issues in the summer, due to the poor air flow. There were rat droppings in the closets at move in. All of the doors had water damage at the bottoms. They have the most unprofessional and unpleasant vendors to address maintenance issues.Ill admit that I was desperate to move when I found the property and Sapir just exploited that. Now, they are not only keeping my security deposit but also have the audacity to have a remaining fee.Sapir Realty Response

Horrible. I have applied to a home that was listed as vacant. After applying I received a phone call stating the house was off market and I could apply to another home. I mentioned the house was not off market when I applied. They transferred my application to a similar unit and a little cheaper. I make three times the rent, have a clean record and have good credit. No one has returned my call to inform me as of why I have not been approved for the second apartment. If I could leave 0 stars I would.Sapir Realty Response

Where do I begin? This entire process has been a nightmare from h*** I first viewed a property & really liked the ***************** After the most ridiculous application process (violations of fair housing), I was finally approved however I was told that I would need to pay TWO months as a deposit & the first TWO months of rent up front. My credit score is in the middle 750s and my income is well over 3 times the amount of rent. I viewed the application screening & when I asked what the criteria was for assessing the move-in costs, I was told its up to the owners discretion. FAIR HOUSING VIOLATION! You must be consistent with all applicants!Fast forward, I saw another unit that was furnished. I request a few *************************** requests before moving in & I was told that all items would be scheduled. I was then told to view the property as it was ready to move in. Yallthe furniture was covering MOLD all through out the apartment, door handles were missing, holes were in the wall, and the place was DIRTY! They try to push you to submit a security deposit to take the unit off of the market but then keep your money after you dont want to live in the trash that they present to you. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE!Review from Derek A.

We rented a property managed by Sapir through VRBO. Sapir double booked the unit and gave out the door code to several other renters, who we found in our space upon returning from an attraction. We called Sapir, who hung up and refused further communication that night. We were able to get someone in the phone the following day who assured us that a maintenance man was coming to change the door code. No one ever showed up and again, Sapir refused further communication aside from the standard check out e mail we received on our last day. Unsafe conditions, non existent communication, and poor management led to an anxiety filled vacation.Review from Hc C

They deserve 0 stars this company is the absolute worst. I would never recommend them to anyone every year the rent goes up $300 plus dollars I'm up to **** a month. Which is ridiculous. They hired janky vendors and they never fix anything. They aren't willing to offer anything like I've been in my home 5 years They won't paint the inside of the house. Tricked me into resigning my lease for upgrades that they haven't done the bare minimum. Do not rent from them period. Most of all the homes are raggedy and extremely high to rent just ridiculous.Review from SU G

I'd give this company a ZERO if I could. Our HOA has been dealing with this property manager for a few years now and all of our interactions have been less then professional - with issues ranging from shady vendors and a call center in the *********** to a lack of communication and honesty. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and would personally NEVER deal with them again.
