This company is a scam!!! Took me and my mothers application fee and never called us. Ive been calling the office. Left multiple messages. Sent emails. Even setup an appointment with ******** and she never called me. Then when she never called I sent her an email and she never responded from that. This has been going on since July 31st. No surprise this place has bad reviews.Review from Tracey Y

I applied for an apartment with this company weeks ago. They say the process is 48 hrs. Called to check on the status and was told I would receive a email. Never received the email so I called back. When I finally received an email back it was asking me about 2 previous residence from Illinois then NEVER heard back. I have written countless emails asking for updates on my application and called the office. Either you can leave a voicemail or the mail box is too full and you have to keep calling. No one follows up when you can leave a voicemail. I feel that the keep you on hold so that you can apply elsewhere so they can keep the application fee. This not a way to do business when people are on a time frame to move out and can become homeless. The only reason I need to relocate is because my current landlord passed away and the daughter inherited the home and is selling it. I would not be looking if this did not happen per I am very happy with this home and the location.

I am very sorry about this experience. We are doing everything we can to reach back out to customers, including offering a way to schedule a meeting directly with the leasing agent via calendly. We are adding new personnel to help answer the phones, but we have extremely high call volume.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. I hope that they shut down to be honest. We had been living in our property for about 2.5 years at the time. our house had mold and moisture in it. We waited 4 months for our problem to be fixed. The moisture came from the house having rotting wood either in the floors and/or the foundation. My kids were injuring themselves over a 100% unavoidable place in the house due to the buckled floor. the floor was sinking in to the point where i had to tell my kids to walk on the struts and frame of the house because i did not want them to fall in, twist their ankles or break anything, due to the mold and moisture, my family kept getting sick with either pneumonia or some kind of upper respiratory infection. they dont care they just want the money because they dont have to live in such conditions. our house had been deemed unlivable and there was nothing that we could do about it.E & E Capital Management, LLC Response

We have no resident at any if our properties by the name of Lasheba Mack- Glenn. If there is a reported mold issue we would resolve it immediately.
