      Horrible, unethical company! Price gouging at its best. Superior installed an *************** hot water heater for ** in Oct 2018 so we called them instead of Alliance Plumbing (*******) who we now use exclusively, because of the "warranty" on the heater. The heater has already failed, needed the Gas Control Valve replaced. The part is supposed to be under warranty but it's all a scam! We paid an $89.50 dispatch fee and $478.68 for the part to be replaced in about 40 minutes. Not sure where the warranty came into play! When we contacted Superior we were told that we were informed about the dispatch fee ahead of time, we're not denying that but question why it's not credited when work is done. Then asked to explain the $478.68 and was told that is the labor fee....40 minutes! There is no way the part was covered under warranty, we paid for it in that "labor fee". The part can be purchased on Amazon for $175! Stay away from this company and the unethical practices.

      We hate to hear that you had a less than Superior experience with us. The heater we installed carries a 1yr parts and labor warranty with our company. The manufacturer has a 10yr warranty on their product, however it is for parts only, and not the labor to repair their units. We apologize if we failed to explain that clearly while onsite at your residence. Past the 1 year warranty period where everything is covered, you are under no obligation to use our services regarding warranty needs with the unit. Your feedback is valuable to us, so that we may spotlight the need to convey the purpose of the fees we are charging in these cases.

      We called Superior out to a water leak coming through our floor last Saturday. He cut 3 holes in our wall and could not find leak - he got in attic and said the water on the floor must be from the roof leak - charged us $400. 4 days later our entire ceiling was covered in water dripping through ceiling onto the bed below. We called the same plumber back out - He said it would be almost another $400 to repair the pipe that was leaking - We said we already paid $400 three days earlier for them to tell us there was no leak - his response was, "well I didn't fix anything, now I have to charge you to fix it". I stated that he told us there was NO LEAK when we paid him $400 three days earlier and now we have significant damage. His response was, "well that's not my fault". We called the office and asked to speak to a manager - they said we had to request this with the plumber. I told them that we were not confident that he would have a manager contact us. I told the plumber multiple times that I wanted him to have a manager call me and he kept asking me why. Before the plumber left, my husband made sure that he knew we wanted to speak to a manager. After he left, I filled out the online contact form to have someone contact us - The woman (*****) responded to my request that I was not present at the house at the time the plumber was there on the second day and that they would only speak to my husband that was there - She said they had not heard from my husband that he wanted to speak to a manager. That same day, my husband followed up with the email and told her that he DID in fact tell the plumber multiple times that he wanted to speak to a manager and that he was requesting AGAIN to have someone call him. She responded that he would hear from someone in ***** hours. Tomorrow will be day 5 and we have YET to hear from a manager!! TERRIBLE customer service - rude dispatchers - questionable ethics - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! ! !

      Called this company to snake a shower drain which took them about 20 minutes to remove hair.....charged over $400 for this service which I felt was outrageous especially since I was out of town and they apparently took advantage of my wife....called to speak with their manager every day for a week regarding the charge amount without response and was told by a receptionist he was the only one in the company that could address my concerns....finally got a customer service supervisor after 5 days who stated she would get back to me in 2 business days and have the manager call me but she never got back with me nor did the manager ever call me or my spouse ... Would NEVER use this company again or recommend them as their communication is horrific and nonexistent and their pricing for a simple service is beyond excessive....would have left zero stars if the option existed

      Their prices for jobs are outlandish; absurd. And when you attempt to discuss with the company their astronomical cost charged for a job the manager simply tells you that thats their fixed price. He does nothing to justify the high charges. They charged me $400 for 35 min of labor that did not correct the issue with the toilet. This company rips their customers off

      Customer was given up front pricing, and approved work prior to work being performed. We did not charge for the multiple attempts at auguring her toilet. We was offered a toilet replacement to resolve her issue. She chose to have us ************ her toilet instead. We explained there would be a charges beforehand for the ************ regardless of success. It did not resolve her issue of a product stuck in her toilet. We were unable to dislodge it from either end.

      This business rips off customers with outlandish prices for the jobs performed. And the owner knows how to articulate his answers so that it sounds like they were fair & reasonable. I read many of the customer reviews along with his answers to each situation. He gives the same justifications for his method of charging for jobs over & over again. They are very rote, repetitive answers. And never did I see one instance where he admitted that the customer had a valid complaint. It was always that the customer was in the wrong or the customer misunderstood things. Terrible business which justifies their high high prices.
