6/12/23 ESTES PLUMBING sent PIbrs to take up my old toilet and Install my New Toilet. I noticed after he left he didn't use any of my parts that came w/ the Toilet and he took the Bag with him, I had No Caps to cover the Plastic Screws which he used the old ones and left my old caps that did not fit left swinging on plastic Screws Also took my New Supply Line I had just bought last fall which was better than the one he Replaced it with so I called him asked where my bag of parts were that had my New Caps in he said idk will have to stop and look and call you back NEVER CALLED I called Estes spoke w/ manager *********************** explained to her that he took my bag of parts and my New Caps were in there she said she'd talk to him and call back Never got a call back that day!6/13/23 10:49 I called as never got a return call she asked me to email a picture of the plastic bolt and I did she said she talked w/ him and he couldn't find them so I would have to find some to fit! Said she would Credit me $50 due to him taking my Parts and my supply line and me having to purchase new caps SHE NEVER DID DO THAT In the mean time I had gone to where I bought the Toilet and talked w/ them and told them what hand they were nice enough to supply me w/ another Bag of Parts. The caps wouldn't fit due to what he put in there, so I said I want someone to come out and put the parts in my Toilet that go w/ the Toilet! She sent same ********************* out who took Toilet off and ONLY REPLACED THE ***** but not correctly, as what he put on top of Bolt after ****** was on was supposed to go on Bolt Under the Toilet to Hold Bolt more Firm, Then s**** on white triangle to HOLD S**** FIRM, but he put the wrong thing on top of Bolt, then proceeded to SAW IT and then BENT IT and left it hanging! The **** MOVES AND IS NOT ANCHORED TO TOILET bc ITS BENT I [HAVE TO GET THIS TOILET ANCHORED DOWN OR GIVE ME $441 BACK TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER!!****** AVOIDING MY CALLS!PLEASE HELP ME!Dolly ************
