This company (Pro Painters of GA State, LLC and its agent, *****************************) is committing fraud on the public. The company website and ******** page both state that the company is licensed, bonded and insured but they are not. The companys business license is in the process of revocation for non-payment of annual fees (which has happened numerous times since the business was established in 2010) as shown on the ** Secretary of State ****************** website (#********). ****************** does not have a Residential Contractor License to perform work over $2,500 (no record on the Secretary of State Licensing website). ****************** is also providing customers a copy of a ******************* Policy which, in my case, expired before he started the work and his company is no longer serviced by that insurer. He never offered a replacement policy when his expired. Further, the company address (*********************************************************** *****) is an empty lot and planned to be an ******* City owned park. ******* the address and the news articles.) No mail can be delivered there. The address on his business license *************************************************** is undeliverable for mail. Therefore there is no way to contact the company in the case of a legal dispute or request for mediation. I have submitted a complaint to the Secretary of States ****************** and the company is being investigated now (August 2022). Lastly, ****************** intentionally under-bids contracts to get the work and then quits the job if/when he realizes he is not going to make any money (and then deleted all online traces of the estimate). I paid him $5,500 and he waited until the checks cleared the bank to return to complete the work and then fabricated an argument to give him a reason not to finish the work. The new estimate to complete the work is $6,000. Additionally, due to his workers incompetence, he destroyed my stucco wall and will now cost me an additional $7,000 to fix his damage.
