      I have been trying since january to switch from gas south to consellation and even they claimed to have taken care of it several times im still getting billed by gas south. not only that but it took them over two weeks to have someone come turn my gas back on after i tried to switch.

      I am a *** customer with my marketer being ************* My gas was mistakenly shut off on 16JUL23 and ************ has yet to return the service. I clearly explained to Scana my work schedule and Scana continuously recommended I schedule the reconnect outside of the timeframe that I am available until yesterday, 20JUL23, with the *** representative coming to my home and my being a no-show. On yesterday, ***** finally offered something 3 weeks after they mistakenly arranged a shut off of my gas. If something is not done, my next step is to go to the news agency. I understand your monopoly and it probably doesn't matter although I am very disappointed that something can't be done regarding making a "wrong" decision right without me having to go 3 weeks without gas.I truly believe that I am being completely disregarded as a customer and the high degree of professionalism, integrity, and most importantly, respect for others are not exhibited with me.

      They are overcharging customers with the pass-through or base charge that has been set in place by the commissioner. This pass-through charge is more than my bill. This pass through charge is highway robbery.

      I live on a residential street that has a gigantic curve right in front of my house, which is also directly across the street from a walking park and playground. If vehicles park on the wrong side of the street, they park right in the bend , causing a dangerous blind spot for drivers through. Across the street is ample amount of side street parking AND it is the side of the road you are legally supposed to park on. Because of another incident in the past with workers' trucks parking there, I've come within inches of a head on collision with my 8 year old daughter in the back seat. So today, I kindly asked the man to move his truck across the street. As I started to explain why and how I've had to call the police before, he stated that the police wouldnt say "shit to me" (he's got that complexion for protection and he wears it with pride) and rolled his window up in my face. I parked in my driveway, walked over and took the number of his utility truck (truck no. *******) and he approached me to tell me that I was wasting my time and he could "turn off the gas of every house on this street and no one would say s*** to [him]). I told him I'd be contacting his supervisor, he called me a ***** and I told him there is a park across the street, children live on this street and his entitlement is going to get someone killed, and I walked away. Atlanta Gas Light....your drivers need to do better and abide by the law when parking their trucks or your gonna have quite the lawsuit on your hands.

      I signed up for gas service with ******************** Atlanta Gas Light has to come to my house to turn on the gas. I was asked if I wanted text updates for when the tech would arrive. I agreed. Atlanta Gas texted me at 12:35 am to start reminding me of my appointment. When I called to complain, I got moved around. Got to the CEOs office, and the woman put me on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up on me. All in all, I was on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. This is a great way to treat your customers! If there were other options, Id take them.

      Called my local gas provider because of an unusually large gas **** during a warm month. They contacted *** and *** sent out a tech to check on things. The *** tech confirmed that there was an issue with the electronic meter reading and the actual meter reading at the home. He reset the meter to zero and replaced all of the components. The tech also told me he would report all of his findings to the proper department and we should receive a credit. After trying to follow up several different times with my local provider, I was eventually told that the meter readings were never wrong and we would not receive a credit. Eventually, I got on the phone with an *** rep (which is very difficult to do) and that person informed me the same thing my local provider had already told me. *** would not accept responsibility for a faulty reading However, *** could go back 15 years and see that we have NEVER had a gas **** that high during a warm month. If we could tell them to come get their meter, we would. However, they have monopolized the gas lines here in Georgia. I have never been so unsatisfied with a company and their customer service. They do NOT care about their customers. It is definitely disheartening that there are no other options for gas line providers. I would give them a zero star review if I could.

Your recent ********************** indicated you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. We regret that you feel we provided you with less than stellar service and a poor customer experience it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. We are always looking for ways to provide a higher level of service to our customers and feedback from customers like you is how we improve.In order to ensure your concern was thoroughly investigated, I reached out to our Meter Reading and Billing specialists to review the natural gas meter readings and the report of the malfunctioning Electronic Remote Transmitter. It has been confirmed that while the Electronic Remote Transmitter and Index were not aligned, the reported natural gas consumption was correct. I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience youve experienced.

      I smelled gas and called my gas company ************* to address the issue! They advised me to call Atlanta Gas Light to get someone to come out. Someone by the name of ******* come out with an attitude and said that my services were disconnected earlier that morning which I wasnt aware of because my **** was paid! ************* made him aware that it was by mistake and asked him to re-connect he refused and said that his supervisor refused also ( I feel he lied about that) I was told to call for a re-connection date even though he was already at my home and was told that it was disconnected by mistake and I have an infant in my home.. ******* was very rude and racist!! I will most definitely pursue this farther and wish I leave give a zero rating!!

      Atlanta Gas Light charges are obscene! Their charges are more than the amount I'm paying for my usage. They are nothing but money grabbers.

      I have noticed on my gas bills that AGL is charging me an extreme amount of money For instance my current **** is $157 with $81.18 being charged by my gas company and $61.81 being charged by AGL. This is ridiculous that my **** is so much due mostly not to usage but because of AGL base charge. This should be illegal! Someone needs to do something about this company.
