We would like to provide the details on the statement above.
We performed a visual onsite to give this customer a binding quote. At that time we meet the customer for an onsite, we provide them with a folder that has a pamphlet describing Full Value Protection coverage, along with other documentation regarding their move.
This information is also in detail on the contract that the customer e signed.
He opted not to purchase the additional coverage that was offered, so the compensation is minimal at .60 per lb. per article.
We received a call from the customer regarding the bed not being assembled.
He had contacted a third party to assemble this bed. We promptly mailed him out a check for the price that he had told us it would cost to assemble ($75.00).
After we sent him a check for this labor, he filed a second claim with our claims department.
We approved the additional claim with our claims department.
We feel that the one star review he gave us is unfair as we handled this issue promptly, and fairly.
