Worst experience I've had in years. Half a dozen items damaged or totally destroyed. Items falling out of the back of the truck. 80% of boxes were not put in the marked rooms. Sleep number bed left in pieces on the floor because the movers did not know how to put it together. I had to move or relocate 60% of all the boxes myself. Filing a complaint had to go thru a third party which became a nightmare and the final outcome was only few dollars. I would never recommend this company for moving. Only gave it one star because it was required to post this. Totally unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional.

We performed a visual onsite to give this customer a binding quote. At that time we meet the customer for an onsite, we provide them with a folder that has a pamphlet describing Full Value Protection coverage, along with other documentation regarding their move.

This information is also in detail on the contract that the customer e signed.

He opted not to purchase the additional coverage that was offered, so the compensation is minimal at .60 per lb. per article.

We received a call from the customer regarding the bed not being assembled.

He had contacted a third party to assemble this bed. We promptly mailed him out a check for the price that he had told us it would cost to assemble ($75.00).

After we sent him a check for this labor, he filed a second claim with our claims department.

We approved the additional claim with our claims department.

We feel that the one star review he gave us is unfair as we handled this issue promptly, and fairly.
