              They picked up my items on 5/12/22 and delivered them on 6/25/22. This was past the delivery window and caused severe back pain as I lived on an air mattress and plastic chair for over 6 weeks. When they did deliver my items, a lot of my stuff was damaged. The movers that unloaded my items in ***** stated that the truck was incorrectly packed and that a strap broke and everything fell on each other throughout the drive. I paid extra (an additional $1350 for full replacement insurance and I indicated that I was going to be filing a claim. I filed a claim for their insurance and they under-valued everything (below replacement value) and denied my claim of $5950 and are not compensating me. They damaged my items beyond repair and they need to be replaced. I deserve to be compensated per the insurance policy for the items that their company damaged.

              AVOID at all cost!!!!! We use this moving company to transport our furniture from AR to Georgia. We paid for transporting and storage. When our furniture arrived, several items were missing and damage. We contacted the company right away who had no idea where our stuff was. After several weeks they said they left some of our boxes and furniture in the truck and sent it to another customer, who by the way refuses to give it back and they cannot do anything about it. We lost half of our sectional sofa, bookshelves, the children's baby photos, kitchen item, bedding, etc. I am talking about several missing boxes with missing furniture and furniture parts, which they pulled apart to force into their tiny truck. At the end of it all after five months, they only want to give us $75 for $2000 worth of missing goods and damage, especially our irreplaceable memorabilia. If you don't want to suffer as we do avoid them. They are NOT competent!!!
