            I hired i-Movers early May this year, have a signed contract with an update and additional monies paid for full service moving. Affordable Moves USA, LLC out of ******* picked up the move without proper update and procedure. They have now been in possession of my items since Monday 5/30 with ZERO communication as to the status of that shipment. The parent company and I both have tried reaching out to them with no success. I've even called the local sheriff's office with no resolution because this is a civil matter. While I believe it to be theft of property and money at this point. I have all email receipts and a copy of the contract. Parent company hired was *********** and the company that picked up my shipment was AffordableMoves ***, LLC ********************************************. Please help. I want my shipment and at this point remuneration for the full packing services they didn't do that I paid for and they took the job anyways.

            I booked this company to move me from *********, ** to *******, ** on March 15th, 2022 through the *******.com website. The schedule pickup for either Wednesday 4/20 or Thursday 4/21. The company forgot to schedule a truck and said we can't make your time frame, we will move you the following week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
