SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. FIRST! We paid for the room a month in advance for an event. Upon arrival, the hotel had a terrible dirty mop smell. The clerk offered to show us the room before we accepted it. SECOND. The first red flag was that the chain lock was DESTROYED it did not work and was broken. Next, there were a rainbow of different STAINS on all the sheets. There were dirty rubber bands and the room smelled like an accident happened. THIRD. After rejecting the room the hotel clerk REFUSED to refund us. Said we couldnt even trade for a different room NOR could we receive an accommodation for a dirty room with a BROKEN LOCK. We called the service number which directed us to AAA and they put in a refund request on their end which was thankfully approved. This hotel is definitely a scam that will put you in an unlivable room then refuse to refund you. Do not go here.

That do not deserve any stars- and they don't deserve to have a business license!!!! Drove 1000 miles for this crap!! First of all I was trying to call and cancel and change the reservation since 8/30! No one ever answered the phone- I booked the hotel from their website! They charged my card before I arrived!!! When I got there people were in a line because they got you talking through a cell block window in the vending area- they won't even let you come in the lobby- the front desk clerk was rude - asked for a refund she said no- I also tried to ask why they charged my card before I even arrived but they could not even understand what I was saying!! They could care less!! The lady at the front desk ignored me, was disrespectful and not willing to hear me- and on top of that they would even check me in - she asked for my license and I told her I had to go grab it and she said I can't help you!!! I tried to talk to the other 2 men but they acted the same!! I kept telling them I need my money back and they turned their backs and walked away from the window and said come back in the morning when the manager is hear!!!! I came back and the guy that was there said I would be charged and should have canceled- told him I've been calling the same number for days and never got anyone- I even tried to cancel but the website did not have any option!! Then the security guard came in and sat down- I guess they was waiting on me- the manager so happened to call the security officer to tell me to talk with the 3rd party booking company- informed her that I did it through their web- then she asked if I ever checked in and I said no- then he told her to tell me he will refund my money!! I left and about an 30 minutes later I got a receipt showing I've been charged for one day!!! I was like are you serious!!! And I still have not gotten my refund!!! They ruined my vacation because they stole $389.17 of my money plus I had to pay for another hotel for 4 days!! They are committing fraud, they are violating Business code of Conduct and Health and Sanitation regulations!!! BBB WE NEED YALL HELP!! THIS IS UNETHICAL!!
