      It's very scary that companiesoperatingthis way are still in business. My home warranty company assigned this company to me for plumbingrepairs. I called to make sure the tech would come in uniform or ID so the concierge of my building would allow them to borrow a key as no one would be home. Fine, she noted that. When **** called the next day with an alert that tech was 30 mins out, I again confirmed that he would be in uniform with proper ID. She said her techs do not enter unoccupied homes. I told her about my phone call the day before and she said, "well that wasn't me." I told her but I was calling your company. **** told me she was the manager of the girl I spoke to. She was rude, cut me off and said she would call the girl to see what she said and would call me back. In the meantime, I found someone to stay at the house with the tech. I called back **** no more than 10 mins later and she said the tech had been reassigned, she had two calls on hold, so basically, I was SOL. When I questioned what the heck was going on she said, "don't you raise your voice at me, I HAVE YOUR WORK ORDER AND I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE" Yep, she actually said that. I knew that if theyact like this on the phone, I do not want ANYONE representing this company in my home. I had to go with a recommended plumber of my building - they did a bang-up job with professionals. I paid out of pocket and will be filing a dispute with my home warranty company demanding reimbursement - I am sure I can make a case as they referred me to a company with a manager who threatened me. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

      I have been using this company for 15 years years with good service and they would charge me a $189 for 2 service tune *** a year and now they're charging me the same price for one tune up without even adding any freon. When speaking with the owner she advised prices have went up all over the place but to price ***** me more than double what they normally charge for one tune up is ridiculous and never advised that price before they came out to service my tune up again this year even though she advised that she did. Other companies only charge around $79 with freon included to do a tune up for one service call a year. This is ridiculous and the owner was not even willing to look into this situation or pleasant about doing anything about the situation. I would not recommend this company.

      This was a very disappointing experience to say the least. Worst customer service by far!****The issue was the mildly heavyset gentleman which came in my home with a bad attitude and bad customer service to match. Let me start off by saying I just got over Covid 5 days before he showed up. Once he came in without a mask, I asked in a mild manner if he was vaccinated, (keep in mind for his own safety). He immediately said it's none of your business, I don't go around asking your health issues. As an adult, we should all know, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. Then, I tried to explain my reasoning which I shouldn't even had to...he cut me off and said, he couldn't wear a mask due to him having asthma, keep in mind I do as well. ***** HAD HE TOOK THE **** TO LET THE CUSTOMER FINISH TALKING, HE WOULDV'E REALIZED I WAS WILLING TO LET HIM WORK WITHOUT A MASK AND HAVE MYSELF PUT ON A MASK FOR HIS OWN SAFETY. ****I advised him I was the customer and still trying to explain, he yanked on my door and left ,(which was fine by me).THE KICKER IS THE COMPLAINT I TRIED TO MAKE AND THE **** WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN THE ***** IN THE OFFICE SAYING WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE APPOINTMENT ANYWAY AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. All professionalism was out the window. I was appalled that A) She wouldn't take the complaint B) She hung up on me C) The worst of them all, the issue wasn't resolved .

      ****** and ****** arrived on time and provided excellent professional customer service. They resolved the issues with our heat pump and answered the million questions we asked. They stayed until they were certain the system was working properly as well as answered our million questions (we had never had an electric heat pump before). Thank you for the great service. This service was arranged by our home warranty company, and we are extremely satisfied.

      This company tries to scam consumers. My warranty company referred me to them for a hot water heater repair. They showed up late and in less than 5 minutes determined that I needed a new water heater. Their technician submitted his report and they lied and said that my water heater was installed in 2006 (a lie it was 2015) and needed to be brought up to code. I
      They said I also needed to have an expansion tank installed (I already have one), and they needed to move my water heater to another place in my home because current tanks will not fit in the current location. These are all lies especially since I can buy the identical ***** water heater at ********** right now. They are trying to price gouge unwitting female customers thinking that we are unaware. This is very dishonest.
      When I called to ask them to give men updated quote, I was yelled at by the office worker and hung up on.They we're very rude and disrespectful. This company needs to be shut down for their deceptive practices.

      We are competitive pricing with all local businesses in the area, we are not the size of **********. We also have a woman that owns the company so in no way would we ever try and get over on a customer due to any reason.

      This the WORST customer Service experience in the world. I was referred by my home warranty company. I was given a 12-6 window of time for someone to come out to check a leak. After 5pm I called to check the ETA and the rep told me that I was being "B****" for even calling and asking for an idea of how long I should wait. This is obviously a representation of your company and the unprofessionalism you have working for you. She also hung up on me after calling me a ***** and when I tried to calling back she did not pick up the phone. I will NEVER have work done with these people. Extremely Unprofessional.

      Worst company ever! Rude and unhelpful. Half installed a new HVAC system and left before it was working fully. Don't warranty their work! unbelievable!

      I was introduced to J & S Mechanical via F**** A******* H*** W******* company. When our A/C went out J & S came out and determined that we had a leak in our evaporator core. While it did take some time to get the new coil, I am now starting to find out that it was the Warranty company that was slowing things down. The blower motor had some issues as well but J & S put in the claim and procured the motor in one day. I spoke with Michelle (owner) who told me they would be back the next day and were, They installed the motor and everything is working perfectly.

      I found J & S to be upfront with what they would do and the didi it. This is my fitdy experience with J & S and other than a few misunderstandings that were the result of some very inexperienced people at the Home Warranty Co, not J & S, I think they did a good job overall.
